"A breaching whale caused a 10-foot-long boat to capsize with seven people onboard in Breakwater Cove. The group was rescued from the water, and the Monterey harbormaster towed the overturned vessel in."

Just curious how a 10' boat can carry 7 people...

They eased the occupancy on 10 footers this year to 7 for 2018.  Did you not get the new supplement ??  :smt002
