6/8 - 6/11 Van Damm

Camping at the state park Fri thru Mon, fishing lots, any intel for the monster lings or reds up there?
This is a yearly get together with some friends, last year we went to the hmb derby instead and had a blast, too bad they're on the same weekend, we have to jugle both, so next year its the derby!
Anyone ( Mendo crew?) in the area and itching for some fishing come on by! Under the name of griffin, ussualy in the first sites, and vhf 69. Will try to get on the water every day, get a limit of abs too and do a little spearfishing as well. Yee- haa! Ben

I think it might be a little windy.

Yeah. Real windy. And practically zero visibility for divers. As I drove by Van Damme today I saw four guys suited up and ready to jump in and thought to myself "seriously guys, what's the point!?"

My father and brothers may be coming over this Friday to dive and fish around Fort Bragg. Hopefully the wind will die down by then but I'm not too hopeful.
