by the way, when you launch, do you roll up the tramps? so you can paddle out until you can get your mirage drive in? Then re-deploy it once you are on the water?

Also when surf landing, same procedure except opposite?

 Depends on the launch but lately I rarely roll up my tramps, I usually have them fully deployed and just stick my mirage drive in and go. On the way in I'll surf in with the Tramps fully deployed and pull out my Mirage drive at the last moment.

 In high heavy breaking surf I definitely have tramps rolled up paddle in/out of the surf line.   

sweet. i'm just barely learning how to deal with the tramps now that I have converted ;) good to know. I'll give it a shot sometime lol
