Feeling a little lazy and don't want to deal with the PBs I'm going to explore Lake Benoist instead it's a small lake at Riverfront Park in Windsor. I used to sneak in there before it became public and do quite well. It's about a 1/4 mile walk from the parking lot down a gravel (hardpacked) rd. Gates open about sunrise. LMB,Smallies, panfish,Cats

Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

Are those the gravel pit ponds along the river at the new park? If so, I've tried there a couple times, and it's been very slow for me. If your talking about walking in a ways, maybe I'm fishing the void lake... :smt102 I've only fished the pond right near where you park.

Jonesz, there are 3 ponds there, the Benoist is the largest one down the trail next to the river.
