Hello from vallejo

Hello everyone! Im looking to meet some new folks to fish with and hone in on my kayaking skills. I love fishing for pretty much everything that swims. Fresh or salt bait, lure or fly I don't discriminate. I just purchased my first kayak (vibe seaghost 130) six months ago and I love it. I have been having a great time with stripers in the Napa river and the Carquines straits. Im looking forward to hooking into some lingcod ASAP, just waiting for some decent weather! I have a feeling the wind is going to keep me off the coast this weekend but ive got my fingers crossed.

Hey YoungBlood!  That's my old hood down there.  I still swing by from time to time to visit the inlaws and ScubaLuis or to grab a Sac's dog   . 

There is plenty of good fishing around you including Berrryessa and Hennesy.  You should have no problems finding anybody to fish with you.

Welcome!  I am also in Vallejo just off of 29 on the way to Napa. I almost always have extra room for another angler and all their gear when I hit the salt.  Always down to fish.
