NCKA Special: Free HVAC maintenance in the Bay Area

Hi all,

I am offering free HVAC maintenance for anyone around Dublin. Limited to 10 people, it’s being offered in other places so it’s not just 10 NCKA’ers.

Within the area of Livermore-Fremont-Hayward-Oakland-Concord/Walnut Creek. We will go outside this radius for a discounted maintenance charge, the free offer only applies in this area.

We will clean, test, and adjust your system as part of our routine maintenance. Repairs will get a 15% discount (whether preventative or  because something’s broken.)

You are under no obligation to perform the repairs or do anything beyond the free maintenance, but if you want us to do the work we suggest then we will make it happen!

The only thing we request is that you fill out a survey and send it back to us at the end. I am trying to test my employees and get constructive feedback on their performance. They will not know they are being evaluated. Sort of a secret shopper deal.
