Hooked up with one of my buddies and his son to try to find some late season rainbow trout from Shadow Cliffs. Fishing was pretty slow overall but did manage to land one solid fish around 5 pounds. Let our special guest reel in this fish which made for an exciting conclusion to our otherwise slow day on the water. Check out the full video here along with the cooking portion:



Looking forward to getting out for salmon again soon! Someone tell these fish to come within paddling range!
