Perfect day, very light wind and flat water. Paddled out solo and fished the kelp beds towards Pleasure PT. Caught 1 small olive twice....yep, I caught a small olive, released him, then caught him again 30 ft away. He had a bite out of his tail, so I knew it was the same fish. Then paddled out into 40ft of water and trolled for a Halibut back towards the orange buoy, had one strike on a green swim bait tipped with squid. No butts or keeper size Rf's but was a very enjoyable day.
Off to AB dive this weekend and do some surf fishing past FT. Ross, later, KIMO
