Thought some of you guys might be interested, but on a supply run at Fisherman's Warehouse in San Jose, they have these large octopus soft baits available. Looks like something good lings or halibut.

Wish I would of had a variety of colors when I hit still water cove last year. But all I had was the white one. I had them chasing but not hitting it. I bet a change of color would of had me hooking left and right.  I’m sure they work just gotta find the right color they like for the day lol
May not always catch a big fish off the kayak. But will always catch an adventure.

I started using em last year.  They were hot for me.  Got lings, reds and cabbies on em.  Rigged em on a lead head.
