Never fished for them. Not sure what to use.  What is a good bait to use for sand dabs. Can I use a light spinning real. First time. Thanks

Use sibiki tipped with squid.   You need enough weight to feel bottom. Give it a little jigging action. If sand dabs are present you will get them three or four at a time. Best fishing a hundred feet or deeper over sand.
