American River Stripers @ Howe Sunday 5/13

Should be there before 7am. Have to be off the water around 10:30 for Mothers Day stuff.

Hey Randall,
I don't have many tips to offer. This will be my first time on the river this year.
My plan is to do some top water casting with pencil-poppers or spooks.
I'll bring some frozen sardines too.

I'm planning to go down river towards the pump.

Bank fished for shad today upriver at Gristmill area. Caught nothing, but I did get some good tips from another fisherman.
