Huli Cat mid morning report out of HMB

Quote
They are fishing 4 - 6 miles due west of the harbor, good weather.
They currently have 2 - 14 #ers, a 25 # and a 26# salmon on board. The first fish was at 4 miles, the last at six miles.
Lots of birds, bait and whales. They also lost the first one to a sea lion, released a couple silvers, no shakers and had scratched baits and a couple hit & runs. The fish that were caught were on anchovies, the red croc released a silver and the watermelon apex hasn't had a hit yet. They haven't cleaned them yet to see what's inside.

I think thats the complete report.

edit: oh yea and limits of crabs!

and later update

Tommy is on his way in (charter wanted to go in a bit early)

Limits of crab and five salmon - a 25 and 36 two 14s and a 6 lber. Lots of life and the water looks very good

The area that Peggy posted but I'm sure Tom will update that when he gets back home. He also said good happenings up at Pt. Reyes. Also the ocean was great....it looks good from Pacifica also.

Lookin good!

Thanks Blue! I've been too sick to go out this weekend; today looks doable but windy. I think this wind is doing the right thing for the water/salmon anyway!

It'd be nice to launch LM or HMB and have a pickup on the other end depending on which way the wind is blowing Or just take a cab

Do they have taxi service over there?

Thornley was talking about the 12th but that's out for me, especially now that we lost our nanny Jeez what luck
if you get a chance to get out good luck
