Old 16 Guage ammo......

Just hypothetically, if I person had a case of old (we're talking 20 years) 16 gauge pheasant loads that they had been storing for the zombie apocalypse,
and it looks like they're  probably not going hunting any more.. and the boxes are perfect with labels and paper cartridges and everything...
Hypothetically how would they most profitably and safely reconveyed to someone that could put them to good use other than simply turning them over to the bomb squad?

Use the stuff. Ammo can last a long time if in good condition. If you are not sure shoot a few. Or give them away, but after the first of next year you will be a criminal if you do. New 2018 law.
