so just got back from a little vacation in San Jose del Cabo- not specifically a fishing trip, but close enough.

panga on friday 27th resulted in a ton of little pargo (up to about 5lbs), two cabrilla (grouper) to 10lb, and a bonito.
Sat was a kayak pleasure cruise- which i trolled from-- one needlefish. we bounced from santa maria beach to chileno- great paddle, really fishy waters.
Sun was shore fishing at chileno-- small jack, another needle, and a trumpet fish
Mon was shore fishing at San Jose del Cabo-- dawn patrol.  Finally managed some fish in the surf- landed two nice jacks, one about 6lbs one 10-15lb, plus two lost, and one broken off (broke 25lb leader).
Tues repeat mon, but only one fish landed probably 6 or so lbs, plus a couple of break offs
