Tune in tonight at 7pm to 1080 AM for the fishing radio show.  Or, go to the LGF website listed below in my signature.  Click on the microphone upper left corner to live stream the show.

tonight we will ahve Kenny Stagnaro in the studio to discuss ROCKFISH OPENER

Chad Woods will call in later with the Yellowtail report from down south and to talk about trout opener in the Southern Sierras.

Hope everyone can give a listen.

Cheers!!

Allen

Allen,

Are the shows archived on the LGF web site?  I find it hard to listen as it is usually on at dinner (family) time and most of the family is not into fishing the way I am.  There are very few exceptions to the no media family dinner rule at our house.  Most involve major sports championships on TV or Friday family movie night.

Good show, Allen!

It gave me goose bumps to hear the SoCal report - especially the report that 2 boats landed over 120 yellowtail at SCI yesterday  :tongue9:

San Clemente Island here we come  :headbang:

thanks!! glad a few of you caught the show  I even snuck in some kayak fishing stuff,  giving props where props are due, like ARW and Oyster last week.

The show is archived at our friend Chad Woods' site:

http://www.sportfishingreport.com

and also archived at shiptoshoreradio.com

Great to have Kenny Stagnaro in the house last night.  That guy knows more about rockfishing than anyone I know.  Plus, he has the awesome deep radio voice.  Mike and I always feel like pipsqueeks when he's in the studio.

After the show, we sat around and talked for an hour or so.  Listening to Mike Baxter and Kenny Stagnaro discuss the finer points shows me how little I really know.  Between them they have about 30 years of charter boat skipper experience and many more years of sport fishing.  The good thing is I will always keep learning!
