Well, Mooch convinced me I needed a new screen name...IMGONNAYAK just wasn't cutting it.  Not to mention, it was hard to tell people "I'm IMGONNAYAK".  So I hired a group of consultants who followed me around for a few days trying to figure out who I was and what I was about so they could help me come up with a better screen name.  Unfortunately they annoyed the crap out of me so I fired the bastards and came up with a new name all on my own.  :smt003

Probably not much better than what it was but it is what it is.  Why Pacifico? ...  Pacifico means Pacific (as in the ocean), it also means layed back, chilled, relax (I usually am) and some of my best memories of family gatherings back in the mother land (mexico) involved plenty of Pacifico the beer.  But come to think of it they also involve plenty of tecate, bohomia, XX, and alot of stuff made by pedo domecq.

Anyway, out with the old and in with the new.

Can't wait to get out there and catch a couple of lings this coming weekend...or sooner if I decide to play hookey.

Does my name change affect my registration for Elk or the HMB tournament? AOTY?  I've already paid up.

It's a lot better than my childhood nick that Mooch said he should have Bill change my username to...Baby Huey.

First of all, you guys are doing it wrong  :nono: Nicknames are "given" or "earned"  by someone who knows you more than the others....I was the artist formerly known as "Hana Pa'a" which is Hawaiian slang for "Fish On"...until Fred "Savage" and Stuart "Slip knot stu" gave me my "official NCKA nickname"  = which turned out to be "mooch"....which I hate...but had no choice on the matter :smt011

So what I'm saying Angel....is you should be named either "Soy Mexicano" or "The man who fishes with little net"  :smt044

Hojoman.......I really think you should stick with Baby Huey  :smt023 it's got some funny history behind it  :smt003  :smt005

I think I'll stick with this one until someone gives me a name that wont make people scratch their heads.  Who knows maybe this weekend during my first surf launch I'll pull a rookie move that will earn me my official name.

Allen Bushnell could have easily named me when he saw my first paddle this weekend with the paddle upside down.
