Looking for advise on a two way radio for ocean/bay in a kayak or shore dive.  Maybe uhf/vhf dual band and waterproof.

I've been using this one:

https://www.amazon.com/Standard-Horizon-HX300-Handheld-Marine/dp/B00AJVXA5W

Works great and I like that it doesn't have the twisty konbs that my previous ones had that always got gummed up and stuck after a lot of time on the salt...

Sincerely,

Jim

We use marine band VHF radios.  There are several different bands available for purchase and use, make sure you get the marine band radio and not the FRS/GMRS, CB, or the like.
