Unable to log in on new device

Trying to log onto NCKA on a new device and am having issues. When I type in my username "Don't rock the yakbah" I get an error saying I used an invalid character. When I try to log in without the apostrophe, I get a username doesn't exist error. I've tried it without spaces and I get the same errors too.

what kind of device are you using .

Try the tapatalk app if you can't get it. Characters should input the same across all devices with it

Check on the website under:

Profile>>Forum Profile>>Modify Profile>>Account Settings

the username is the one you use to login.

if it doesn't work I'd contact a mod - Cen Coast comes to mind.
