Fucus and green sea lettuce.  If I was in ancient times, I would be vegetarian but not by choice.   

Anyways, anyone got some good recipes?  Also, feel free to suggest general recipes for seaweed.  I will be at half moon bay tomorrow again.

Raydon does an excellent seaweed salad. Hopefully he will chime in. Had the opportunity to try it at Shelter a few yrs back.
