My brother's SS has died and he is trying and trying to communicate with the company to arrange a repair/replacement. An employee briefly corresponded with him but has gone radio silent for several weeks now. Shark season is upon us and he doesn't want to dive without it.

Does anyone have a phone number or email for a rep or anyone who can help?
Thanks,
Andrew

I just went to their website and you have to start a ticket.  I think it is under contact us.  Good luck, they run thin on service but I did eventually contact them.
“I’m going fishing.”  They said, “we will go with you.”

That sucks. It's a very expensive item and I'd expect a lot better service than that.
There's always money in the banana stand.

Yeah that sucks. I probably have 100 4-6 hour dives with mine and the tail material is fraying but it's still kicking.  Since they don't really have any competitors I guess they can get away with that. Still sucks.
