Kokatat Waranty/Customer service Is just Awesome!

I bought a pair of Kokatats dry pants for the 2013 Islander Trip and after a few outings its started to leak and i just put it away and forgot about it. Well, a couple of weeks ago i contact them and asked if i could send them in and the service rep, I think his name was kirk? guided me through their web site to get a order number for a free pressure test. I sent it and and today i received a package with a brand New pair. I was stoke and I will defiantly will be a repeat customer. Thank you Kokatat for your hassle free service

Those are great pants.  I have a pair going 8 years old and still in service. 

Kokatat is awesome. I sent in my drysuit to get tested and they found there was an issue with the zipper and so they replaced it. I had no clue there was any problem with the zipper. Very impressed.

Just did run by their shop yesterday. Love the company and will continue to buy their gear.
