Noob from Sacramento

Hey everyone been surfing the forum for awhile as a guest, decided to finally make an account. I'll be fishing around Sacramento in my kayak a little more I think, mainly been doing shore fishing since I moved but i'd like to be out on the water more. Any tips would be appreciated .
