Stuck in Davis... (Berryessa Fever!)

So I've been stuck in Davis over month now... but I guess not much going on in our ocean (Bodega Bay), so it's ok then.
I used my unpredictable work schedule (7 days a week but unknown hours) to hit the lake over this past month...
Today I even took my gf to the lake (non-yak fish & I need a tendon kayak) & of course she kick my butt!  She caught 1st & biggest fish of the day.  Total of 4 fish.  Me, only one... my excuse is I was her personal deckhand.  She had a blast & I got GAF account up (I hope).

You have no idea what you're asking.  Imagine this, day after day of counting the little rings in the inside of microscopic fish ear bones (otoliths), and just when you think you're done, do a recount.  I spent a couple years in grad school doing just that and believe me you don't want that job.

Although I think Naoaki is stuck in Davis watching fish grow in real time.  Another job that doesn't sound too fun.
