Scotty mount on Hobie AKA bar

Can anyone direct me to a Scotty mount that would fit on the aka bars on a 2014 Hobie Tandem Island? I want to install a downrigger, and the only downrigger I've found has a Scotty mount.

Or.......is there a downrigger with a Railblaza mount?

Or..............is there a Railblaza-to-Scotty adapter that would allow a Scotty downrigger to fit on a Railblaza mount?

I mounted a small piece of composite deck board on each of the rear akas using u-bolts.  I mounted the boards near the aka side brace so they won't rotate.  I then mounted a Cannon Uni-Troll 10 STX on each board.  It's a great setup, I love it.  You could easily mount a scotty downrigger using the same method
