Photos - Can't see them

I often use Tapatalk with my Samsung tablet to view this forum. I am able to see about 1/2 of the photos that are posted. Others often get replaced with a small square with a vertical zig-zag line (like a lightning bolt). This is apparently some sort of an error message, but I have no idea what it means except that it did't work right. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Could be the browser/app preference setting or server level block of photobucket or similar hosting site.

Sometimes tappy doesn't play well with others.

OK thanks I have a curious mind, especially for pictures they won't let me see.
