Bendo at Mendo 2007

Any idea when this event will be held this year? FYI: Bay Area Paddlefest is September 22-23.

Not soon enough!

Paddlefest is unfortunately on the weekend I would normally pick...which sucks.  It will be some time in October, likely the 6th.

The lake will be LOW this year.

SCWA, I know we talked about this a couple times, usually over a glass of rojo, but I thought I would toss it out to the rest of NCKA.  IS anyone interested in cruising a PB around and weighing, measuring, and snapping a photo of the stipers if some chose to C&R.  NOT THAT I CAUGHT ONE LAST YEAR AT BENDO II, but in the event I do??????

I think that is an excellent idea. I wonder if Raymac would be interested?

I will ask around at the CSBA.  I am thinking maybe Charlie and Brian could do it inhis 80 mph Bass Cat.

I like that idea. That way when I catch a nice striper those guys can come racing through the school in their boat - ensuring nobody near me catches a fish! 

 No offense meant to charlie and brian, but its seems that having some bikini clad babes on a boat for the photo op and weigh in might take bendo to a new level. Throw a few icechests packed with brews on board we are in business!
just a idea   that I didnt really think through.

Catch a FISH....Get yer pic w/chics....get a beer or(refreshment of choice) tossed to ya' and off to continue the HUNT-DOWN.

I like the way you guys think.  I have a feeling if everytime you caught a fish a hot bikini clad female brings you a beer the number of entrants and number of fish caught would go way way up.

That is some serious incentive!
