Any bait in Santa Cruz?

Hi,
Is there any live bait (sardine and mackerel) in SC? I am planning to use sabiki to get some baits before going out for lingcod fishing.

I seen birds working New Brighton yesterday but they weren't around today.

Capitola boat and bait posted that one of the kids that works for them jigged some up outside the moorings. I'm sure they are spotty good luck.
