Gana head out for a lil hali fishing and chillin on the water, launching just after 8:00 am if anyone wants to join. Been watching the old guy out there time and time again, figure i should go show him how its done.

 I will be out with R8R Rok launching at 0700 from Encinal boat launch. We will be in an Orange -Jackson Kraken and Green WS Tarpon.  See you there.

Welp the water was good,
Wind was fair, fish were all over, but fish with some extra inches were hard to find. We landed 3 small fish and saw a few others landed, also one keeper at the ramp.

Slumpbuster! It wasn't very big, but it got the job done, and I like it. (insert ex girlfriend joke here) Trolled frozen herring behind a flasher all over the flagpole to Ballena bay early for no love. Finally found a taker at the edge of the deep trench along the first wall at 11 am. Taped out at a hair over 22". That'll do.
