I was there a couple weeks ago and I did well with a crappie jig under a bobber.  The crappie are thick in CL this year.  Good luck if you go.

Thanks for the pics and report.

I concur, the bites are either early morning or late afternoon. 1/8 jig heads and pearl crappie jigs.
