This was my first time eating lingcod and I must say it was better than I excepted. Even though the fish was masked by the tacos, the taste and texture was distinct and very good. These tacos are better than any restaurant as far as im concerned.

Looks great!  Similar to what I do, except I use egg and fish fry flour rather than batter

Try mixing in some old bay with the batter next time and you'll have my current favorite preparation.

Yum.... I prefer "tempura" (probably spelled that wrong) batter and smaller pieces but that looks "mighty damn good eatin" right there.  :chef:
