I like the flap cover over the relief zipper and what looks like Velcro shoulder straps to keep it in place.

F&*k to the YES! I haven't tried these bibs, but I love Level Six paddle jackets. I'm gonna try these after my NRS sidewinder bibs give up the ghost.

I just picked up a pair of the kokatats. Make sure you get the stocking feet, the gaskets are a pita.
Many of my friends use level6 gear and they love it. Just FYI they have pretty good clearance and demo gear on their website every once in a while.
