Hi Everyone,

I'm brand new to the group and wanted to introduce myself. I just moved to the Bay Area from Arizona about a month ago and am interested in learning and getting involved with kayak fishing. I have been fishing most of my life, but mostly for trout in lakes and mountain streams in AZ. More recently I got into fly fishing and have definitely been hooked ever since. I do have a kayak that I started fishing out of in lakes and easy rivers in AZ, however it probably isn't something I would want to take on the ocean (I never expected to live near the ocean at the time I got it...). I'm definitely interested in learning as much as I can and trying out some ocean kayak fishing to see if it's something I'd like to invest more in. I look forward to meeting and hopefully fishing with you in the future!
