Candy Cap Sausage

2 lbs of prepared El Pastor, 2 pounds of pork back fat, 5 pounds of pork butt roast all ground up. Add one ounce of dried candy cap powder, one fresh onion , garlic, some chopped raddish and cilantro, one fresh pineapple chopped all mixed together. Add your favorite spices and some whorshire sauce. You win!!!!
