 I called the biotoxin hotline and half Moon Bay is not listed among the mussel quarantine. Are they safe to eat?

Yes but I wouldn't recommend eating them from the harbor.
Pronounced in Spanish  ka·be·za de mar·t·yo
Translates to Hammerhead in English for my Gringo amigos.

I found a spot with Pole on NYE that had a bunch of big ones.  :smt007

But the tide would need to be as low but preferably lower than it was that day.

Cook them over an open flame...... if there still burning when you take them out .... probably not a good idea to eat.  :smt044
