Sorry to hear about that.  My new house is a money pit with a leaky roof to boot.  I am learning a lot about house repairs I just don't like all the money going to non fishing equip/trips.  Every dollar I spend I think of what cool trip I could have went on.

Exactly ..with all wind with the rain , looks like water got behind some flashing on the second story ..no leak but have to pull the flashing /Siding etc ..dry it out and replace ..

any pictures of problem area ? might have some flashing in the garage I need to get rid of that might be helpful to you. I think I'll be done in Dillon Beach Wednesday and I believe my next job is in Guerneville. could quite possibly take a look at it for you free of charge as it is the line of work I specialize in.

not selling it just for that...but I will admit there`s a long list of crap to do this SpringAnd Summer. 30 year old home and time for some work on the girl,,my neighbor is going to do a home inspection ( that`s his business) and I`m sure I`ll have a list LOL..for the Spring and Summer ...This winter the house really showed it`s age .. 

How much for just the fins and what size are they?
