I just did mine today a week late. Hopefully they just fine me for being late as oppose to declining my ab license for 2017.

The deadline was Jan 31st but the site states you have until April 1st to report them. So if you haven't done so yet get them in now.

Had them on my desk for the entire month of Jan. and just kept putting it off. For some reason I thought I had more time.

You are required to report even if you didn't harvest any.
