DFG Trout planting date questions

On the DFG trout planting schedule everything is scheduled exactly a week apart and on Sundays. Do they actually plant the fish on Sundays or is that just a "week of" date?

I am trying to learn how to troll and am hoping to hit Lake Ralphine after the plant so I have a better chance to hook into something and to troubleshoot and try new techniques. It's listed to be planted this Sunday 2/12.

The plant trucks operate all week.
