It's a great reel I just want it in RH.  If it doesn't sell by the end of the week, I'm keeping it.  And the only reason why it's so cheap is because a good friend that worked at a tackle store gave me a good deal on it.

Just saying!

Link?

The one jason is selling is more geared towards saltwater use as it uses different components. The lexa 400HD also comes with the power handle.

Heres a pic of my 400HD. Great for throwing lures!

I have one sitting in the box still. Might just schedule a tuna trip.

A bit of advice, I wouldn't use that reel as your main tuna reel.  It won't be fun.

Depends on the gear ratio, and the size tuna you get into.
I have used it for yellowtail 30lb+, albacore 15-25lb, Dorado up to 30lb, wahoo up to 50lb, and yellowfin up to 50lb.
reels have held up fine, only replaced the drag on 2 thus far.
Of course, when you go on a long range trip, you always have back-ups for most of your main gear ... Just in case

i think this one at a 8:1 gear ratio would beat you to heck fishing for tuna.
