What are those big fishing hooks called?

The ones with the really long shank. The ones that use for bait like bullhead or a whole makeral?

from my memory, fisherman's warehouse has a selection of the cable baiters and the double limerick hook rig with the pointy shank.  i believe they may be made by gammy or mustad.

here's the one i used to use for bullheads - mustad 9418 double live bait hook with brazed shank.  shank em right through the mouth and out the anus.
