14 ft aluminum boat

I have a 14 footer, I was wondering how many of you have used one in hmb or bodega? What was your experience like?

Its a deep V design if that helps at all. Ive seen portabotes out there I was just wondering about my lil boat.

last year there was a couple of them crabbing in the Jetty area, I have seen them before fishing all the way by the golf course.

I took out my 15ft gregor with 20hp and a 15in. transom in Bodega harbor area. It handled great. I would just shoot for a calmish day. You will see plenty of other people taking out similar sized boats

I seen a 12' Valco go out of Ocean Cove! They did not stay out long, we had already been blown off the water. We told them....then we got on the bluff to watch nature take its course
