On my way back from Simply Fishing at Ocean Cove north of Jenner, I took some road(?) between Monte Rio and the Petaluma/Bodega Bay road. My trailer broke, and I had to McGiver it together to drive the remaining 200+ mile home to Morro Bay.

- Thin mild steel frame is nearly toast after 20+ years parked near the coast in salt air
- Kayaks drain a good deal of salt water when they are loaded up
- I am looking for a galvanized boat trailer as a starter platform
- I like the idea of having the kayak(s) traveling a low as possible for ease in loading
- gear box should be above the kayaks for ease of access.
