I'm working over on the coast for a couple days and hating that there was no room for my kayak or gear in the truck.

Dude should've went poke poling,or at least toss a swim bait from shore
My biggest worry is that my wife(when I'm dead)will sell my fishing gear for what I said I paid for it

I got out in the calm before the storm at Cape Mendocino and caught over 70 rockfish in 2 days.  I only kept 2 coppers and a ver.  I caught nearly a limit of verms wednesday.Calm weather is already gone here now.  The wind is howling

Nice. I almost always release chinas even though they are one of the cry best eating rockfish b

I caught a 19" China once in Oregon. It was almost 4 lbs on the boga and would have been a CA state record. It had a body like a cabezon. Of course I have no pics so it didn't happen.
