I have the opportunity to buy a Vibe Sea Ghost 13 for $650.  I'm new to kayak fishing and this would be my first SOT kayak.  Can anyone give me some insight regarding whether this is a good deal? Or whether this kayak could be used to try out ocean fishing when I'm ready for it?
I've searched the forum for information and found a little bit of helpful information already, just looking for a little more.

Thanks!

Forgot to mention that it comes with paddle, upgraded seat, anchor and pole holders.

If I were shopping for a paddle powered kayak for the ocean my shortlist would be a Ocean Kayak Trident 13:
