What do you guys recommend doing when someone is knowingly doing something illegal I've seen many lingcods being taken off the pier in pillar point and they are no where close to 20"

Thanks VK that was my hotspot for about 7 months people started seeing me walk back with 25- my biggest 32 " ling cods and it just kept getting more and more packed up until now there's hardly a bite down there

I've released over 7 lingcod measuring 22-24 inches at the pier, my step dad tell me back in the 80s early 90s there where huge fish rock fish weighing 2-5 ib now a days your lucky to get 1-2 ib I think we can cause pretty good damage
