Anyone interested in Shasta Lake this weekend?  I will be camping at Beehive Camp, about 5 miles west of Lakeshore, for a long weekend March 16-19.

Never been there but I'm looking forward to your report and hopefully some pictures. Good luck and paddle safe!

Hoping to make a trip there sometime in the future!

from what I hear they are slaying everything up there. It's about an hour and a half from my place in Forest Ranch. Anyone who wants to make the trip up can use my place to spend the night. Dinner at Sierra Nevada Tap room.

Howdy Shasta,

I fished up the Squaw Arm on Sunday, 30 bass in 3 hours.  Find the willows, there holding fish.

I have honey-do's and family dinners all weekend, otherwise I'd love to get out there.
tight lines,
Ben

debating whether to make the 3.5 hour drive or not Sunday. Sounds very tempting but I would like to stay longer than the day if traveling that far.
