Changed it up a little. Harvested a rabbit and wanted to try something a little different. Harvested some fresh tomatillos from my garden with some green tomatoes and some watermelon. Cut the rabbit into pieces and slow cooked in the crock pot with lots of beer, fesh salsa and worchire. Added all my seasonings and let slow cook over night. The watermelon flavor made this taste incredible!!! My old lady wont eat from the evil petting zoo so I have leftovers for a couple days. :smt007

Poor rabbit. Green tomatoes and watermelon, very imaginative and looks tasty. Reminds me of Chopped on the Food Network channel, NCKA style.

That looks delicious! How did the watermelon work out? Did it add any sweetness or lighter flavors?
