Lights shouldn't care what way the electricity runs through them, as long as they turn on they are right.
LED Lights are polarity sensitive.  Test each light separately  to see which way it lights up.

I appreciate all the advise. I decided to pull everything out and re-wire the whole thing. Everything working now. The lines between the switches were not parrallel. So I fixed that. Now all is good. Now to get it out on the water.

Starting over is often the best way. Glad it all worked out. Thinking an electrical fire on the water may not be the best thing you could have happen.

Must feel great.  Flippin' a switch and power, properly distributed and clean. As opposed to dang.........what the heck.......happened with the timer for my livewell and I even sent it back thinking it was defective, when at the very end of the connection I had a section backwards.  Was a good lesson but frustrating. :smt006
