Arrived the Coast Guard pier around 8am and that place was packed with boats and divers.  Parking was full,  so I went back to MBK and launch from there.  Heading  toward the hotel to give Halibut mission a try.  Got a couple of live baits and send them down to scout for Mr. Hali.  Got a good take down around noon, definitely a Butt with all the head shakes.  It put up a good fight but half way up, it let go!  Lesson learn for not using the stinger hook.  Anyway,  got the water therapy session which I needed and enjoyed the beautiful weather with glassy water.  Some pictures of the day...

No smoke there.  The sun came out around 10 am and light breeze until the fan turned on around 12:30 pm.
