Hello my name is James Snyder I am a termite inspector for Official Pest Prevention and I'm currently looking to find any of our members who would like a free non real estate termite inspection. I'm currently in a contest at work and need a few more inspections to be in the running. I can give these to anyone that's within 2 hours drive from elk Grove in our normal service area. Auburn- Turlock and Valley Springs out to Napa area. Inspections should be done every couple of years to verify that termites are not present. Feel free to send me a message and I can answer any questions you might have.

Admin please delete or move to the proper area if not allowed or in the wrong area. I just figured I'd share with our ncka family and offer to help anyone I can. Inspections normally run 99-150 for most company's for a wellness check so I'm doing them completely free. Thanks for your time

What does "non real estate inspection mean"? Also do you just need to get them scheduled or complete for your contest? Could I schedule one for a month from now? Feel free to answer in a pm also if you prefer

Thanks

I'm not in the running to win anything but I wanted to be honest why I was posting. But if you would like to schedule one for next month I can definitely do that. And real estate  would be for refinance or buying or selling of a home. When we do those I have to charge since we have paper work that has to be filed with that state or so my office tells me. After my inspections they do the rest. But I'm mostly trying to help out our guys and help protect the homes. Esp of you have a crawl space and have not had an inspection in years and don't regularly go under there where they like to hide.

Not many industries get to inspect, write-up, price and then do the work. In the construction trades I can only think of one. Caveat Emptor.

If you need repairs, get competitive bids-JS.

I'm out in pinole if your game,I'm free on the weekends most of the time
My biggest worry is that my wife(when I'm dead)will sell my fishing gear for what I said I paid for it

I'll have to check if Pinole is in my coverage area.

And your able to do what you want with the inspection. It just helps to be aware of what's wrong. When I'm there I'm checking for all wood destroying pests from termite to beetles to fungus aka dry rot once you have that info you can use it to do repairs on your time and you'll know exactly where everything is so no searching around. I'm not here to make money on our ncka guys just offering to help.

I PM'd you but guess Ft Bragg is out of your area.

I am in pest inspection hell right now and spent all week removing dry rot and beetle damage.  Most things that need to be put back together are, but if you could sign off my va pest inspection form that would be some NCKA love because this crap is killing me.

I will take you fishing, pay your gas and buy you lunch just need that little signature so my loan can fund.
