J-Racks?

I am looking to purchase J-Racks for my Thule Rack.
I am in Sacramento but travel often within 50-150 mile radius on weekends depending on where I am fishing next...

I have 2 sets of Thule Hull-a-Port J racks, used 3 times, if you're interested. Would like to keep the straps though. What's the going rate for a strapless set? $50 sound fair?
